Cancellation/Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations made within two weeks of the event are non-refundable.
  2. Course fees can be applied as credit for future events without any additional charge for cancellations made between 7 and 12 working days.
  3. To qualify for credit, a minimum of 7 working days notice is required; which can be used towards future courses.
  4. Participant substitutions are not permitted. In the event of a cancellation, the vacant spot will be offered to the next student on the waiting list, or alternative arrangements can be considered.
  5. No credit or substitutions are available for participants attending only a portion of a course.
