• Credit for Cancellations: If you need to cancel, your course fees will be applied as credit toward future events, minus a $20 administrative fee.
• Notice for Credit: To be eligible for credit, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not receive credit.
• No Participant Substitutions: Participant substitutions are not allowed. If you cancel, your spot will be offered to the next person on the waiting list (if available). If there is no waiting list, alternative arrangements may be considered.
• No Course Substitutions: If you attend the first session of a course but are unable to attend subsequent sessions, no credit or substitution will be offered for missed days or future courses.
