REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule your online animal communication session. To ensure fairness and to accommodate both our clients and practitioners, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for rescheduling. A refund will not be issued in this case.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund, but you can reschedule it (see reschedule policy below).
2. Rescheduling Policy:
Clients may reschedule their sessions without penalty at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session will incur a fixed rescheduling fee of $40.
3. No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.
4. Emergencies and Exceptions:
In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, such as severe illness or unavoidable conflicts, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
5. Procedure for Cancellations and Rescheduling:
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made via email or phone call.
Please provide your name, contact information, and the date and time of your scheduled session when making a cancellation or rescheduling request.
6. Practitioner Cancellations:
In the rare event that the practitioner needs to cancel or reschedule a session, every effort will be made to provide advance notice. Clients will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
7. Refunds Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
